Lake County Vision Care works with many insurance carriers and payment plans.

To see if we work with your insurance carrier or vision care plan, please call our office for assistance. Our friendly and informed staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Many of the services we provide are covered by vision insurance. We accept most major vision insurance carriers. Our staff will help you maximize your vision insurance benefits and electronically file claims.

We are not responsible for and can make no guarantees as to the coverage your vision insurance will provide. As the patient, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your vision insurance benefits and you are responsible for any balance that is not paid by your vision insurance.You are responsible for providing us with current and accurate insurance information. We do accept assignment of insurance benefits.

If you do not have vision insurance or if your vision carrier will not cover your services, we do offer financing for qualified patients.
